The worst hotel I have seen.they ask for extra charges. denied to provide warm water. Very rude behaviour all staff. Don't visit or book this hotel

Manager pushpendra is very nice person. He is one of the pillar of vanraj palace. He is taking extra care. Spacious rooms and bathroom. Good facilities

It was a good budget stay. The manager of the hotel can arrange a safari for you, which we already have booked. The room looked old and was full of animals. The water was dripping and we had issues with the internet connection and a/c. The staff was nice, but their English was limited which created a lot of issues. I mean everything took more time and some calls. I don't know why but we had to pay for everything while order except paying during the check out. The elevator didn't work. The food was decent but the price was on a higher note and the tax was not included. As a result, this place is good as a budget stay. Do not expect some luxury.

Don't get fooled by the pictures! The Room was not clean. Lots of hair on/in the bed that were not from us. The blanket and pillows had a yellow color and looked very old. No hot water in the shower. If you shower the whole bathroom was wet because there was no separation. It was very hard to shower because the shower was only dripping little bits of water on you, the rest went in every direction of the room. The toilet was leaking. The TV didn't work. Nothing looked like the pictures online. Can't properly use the rooftop because of a net that blocks any view. The restaurant is very slow, even for the drinks! For breakfast they served us the drinks after we finished the meal. Dinner was alright but also really slow, even though there were only two more people. The hotel was really loud even at night. Either the staff nor the other guests closed doors silent or even tried to keep their talking quiet in the night hours. We booked a Safari trip via the hotel. After the trip we had several issues with the experience. Don't expect any help form the staff, they won't help you.
